One of the most important component of the triangular efforts between the Teacher-Parent and social specialist is the behavior adjustment action plans. It starts with discussions and collaborations to develop the best approach to work with the student on an individual level. Furthermore, the social specialist maintains a regular communication with the parents as group through counseling and guidance services, workshops and include them in the collective recreational activities that are meant to tackle a behavioral pattern.
